When Do I Receive Payments and Statements?

We believe in paying our clients as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Owner statements and draws are sent out between the 5th and 10th of each month. This includes all activity from the prior month.

Each month, our owners will receive an owner packet containing all financial information for their property from the previous month. They will see their owner statements, invoices paid on their behalf, and cash out for items such as utilities.

The disbursement is paid directly through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and will be deposited into the bank account the owner selected during onboarding.
