Pros PM - Who We Are
Pros PM is a family-run property management company with nearly two decades of experience serving the DFW area. As longtime Denton and North Texas residents, we bring a love of community to everything we do, prioritizing relationships, valuing open communication, and delivering affordable management services.
Our mission is to give the same high-quality care to all stakeholders, both owners and residents, with the goal of providing superior service and a genuine sense of community.
From single homes to full portfolios, we treat every property as if it were our own, combining professional expertise with personal attention. Pros PM
With more than two decades of experience in real estate and property management, Taylor spent years learning the industry from the ground up. At a pivotal point in her career, she was told women didn't have a place in leadership. Rather than accept someone else's definition of what her career could look like, Taylor forged her own path, one that ultimately led her to ownership of Pros PM.
Through determination and many late-night hours, Taylor has grown Pros PM from a small operation into a team of professionals managing residential, multifamily, commercial, and HOA properties across North Texas and beyond. For Taylor, property management means creating homes where residents feel cared for, building a team people want to join, and strengthening the communities Pros PM serves.
Taylor's commitment to community extends well beyond property management. She and the Pros PM team actively support organizations throughout Denton and North Texas, and Taylor is especially passionate about organizations that support people and families affected by cystic fibrosis, a cause close to her heart. Her community involvement also includes United Way of Denton County, the Denton Chamber of Commerce, the Denton Main Street Association, Interfaith Ministries of Denton, and the Children's Advocacy Center for North Texas. “You don’t have to make the biggest donation in the room; you just have to believe in the we.”
That same belief in people shows up at Pros PM. Taylor has built a company where professional growth, strong relationships, and doing difficult things well can coexist with genuine care for the people involved.
Hutch Ice,
President and Chief Operating Officer of Pros PM
Before joining the company, he spent 15 years in banking, building experience in regional leadership across retail and commercial banking and leading teams and operations across a multi-state region. He brings the financial discipline, operational structure, and risk awareness of that world to property management, along with a fresh perspective that isn't limited by the way things have always been done.
At Pros PM, Hutch builds scalable systems, develops teams, and helps the company grow without sacrificing the service owners and residents expect. He is a member of NARPM® and of Crane, a peer network for property management professionals. In 2022, he was named one of the Native American 40 Under 40 by the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development.
A University of North Texas alum, Hutch has a long history of service in Denton. He has served as Vice President of the Denton Parks Foundation, in United Way of Denton County's Community Investment process, and as a member of the Denton Economic Development Partnership Committee. He also served as Chair of Leadership Denton, a program of the Denton Chamber of Commerce.
