Management Fees

Our monthly management fees are capped at 8%.
Discounts are available depending on portfolio size. -
Our monthly management fee is 7% of gross monthly rent.

Leasing Move-In Fees, One Time

Our leasing fees are 50% of one month's rent. It is a one-time fee due upon move-in.

Resident & Tenant Renewal Fees

Our renewal fee is a flat rate of $150. It is charged each time a resident renews a lease for an additional term.
