We offer full-service, luxury property management for Denton, Dallas, Fort Worth, and beyond. Our pricing and fees are always upfront and will never be a surprise. We work with our vendors and in-house teams to pass savings along to you, our owners.
Below is a simple price comparison of residential fees with other DFW property managers. You can see that while we may not always be the cheapest, we always provide a great, honest experience. Our fees are always transparent because we want you always to feel comfortable with us managing your property.
As you can see in the table above, Pros PM charges a monthly rate of 8% of the rent. When the house is vacant, there is no fee, and we don’t get paid. This motivates our team to lease your property quickly!
One thing to note about our operations is that our residents perform detailed inspections twice a year, at no cost to you. If they don’t complete their inspection, they are charged a fee for a maintenance tech to go and perform the inspection. These inspections are always free to you, the owner. They are important as an easy check-in on your property to see how it’s being maintained and identify pain points.
Another place owners frequently see hidden fees is during the rough time of evictions. Obviously, this is a time fraught with emotions and is something no owner or property manager wants to deal with. However, evictions do happen, and when they do, our team is here to help you every step of the way. The only fee you will see is the court filing fee, which varies by county but is generally between $ 100 and $200. Our staff’s time in the office and in court is free to you.

Resident & Tenant Renewal Fees

Our renewal fee is a flat rate of $150. It is charged each time a resident renews a lease for an additional term.
