At Pros PM, we require all residents to have coverage, and we’ve made the process simple through LeaseGuard.

You have two options:

• Bring your own renters’ insurance policy that meets our guidelines and upload it to your account. This is a great way to protect your personal belongings while also meeting your lease requirements.

• Use the LeaseGuard waiver program for $20/month. This option provides $100,000 in coverage for the property itself, but it does not cover your personal belongings.

If you don’t upload your own policy, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the LeaseGuard option so you stay compliant with your lease.

Our goal is to ensure both you and the property are protected while keeping things easy and straightforward.
