What Should I Expect During Property Inspections?

Property inspections are an important part of your experience as a resident. At Pros PM, we complete inspections throughout your lease, including move-in, routine check-ins, and move-out. These inspections help us stay proactive with maintenance and keep clear records for everyone involved.

Your Move-In Inspection

When you move in, you’ll receive an email with a link to zInspector, our inspection platform.

From there, you’ll be guided through each room of your home. The process is simple:

• Walk through the property room by room.

• Take photos of each area.

• Document anything that appears damaged or needs attention.

If something is correctly marked as an issue, a maintenance work order is automatically created, so our team can take care of it.

Semi-Annual Inspections

Throughout your lease, you’ll also complete semi-annual inspections using Zinspector. Just like your move-in inspection, you’ll receive a link and be guided through the home to document its current condition.

This helps us stay on top of maintenance and ensures everything continues to meet our standards.
