Taylor talks openly about her journey through the property management industry, from learning hard lessons early in her career to navigating leadership in a traditionally male-dominated space. After reaching a point where it became clear there was no path forward where she was, she made the difficult decision to walk away and bet on herself.

With just 11 doors under management, Pros PM was built from the ground up through persistence, long hours, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing things differently. Today, that portfolio has grown to nearly 800 doors across Denton, Dallas, and North Texas.
