Next, we need some basic financial information so we can properly set up your owner account. Incorrect information could delay your payments.
Step 3
Finally, tell us everything we need to know about your property. This form includes important property details and any HOA information that may apply.

Is your property in an HOA? If so, please find out the specific rules and regulations for rental properties. Each HOA requires different information. Although you manage the HOA relationship as the homeowner, it helps us know how to support your rental. Email us with the HOA requirements.
