At Pros PM, we want renting your home to be as convenient and rewarding as possible. That’s why we’ve partnered with Second Nature to offer the Resident Benefit Package (RBP), a collection of services designed to simplify everyday responsibilities, protect your household, and help you get more out of your rental experience.
The RBP costs $45 per month per household, with optional upgrades for air filtration and pest control, which are selected at lease signing.
The package applies to all new leases and lease renewals signed on or after November 1, 2026.
What Is Included in the Resident Benefit Package?
Your $45 monthly RBP includes five core benefits:
1. Air Filter Delivery
We deliver MERV 8 air filters to your home every three months, so you don’t have to remember which filters to buy or when to change them.
Each shipment includes instructions for replacing your filters. Residents are responsible for installing replacement filters and may be held liable for HVAC issues resulting from not changing air filters.
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or contains the wrong filter size or quantity, Second Nature can arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

2. On-Demand Pest Control
Your RBP includes quarterly, on-demand pest control through Pest Share.
If you notice a pest issue:
Enter your address, contact information, and the pests you’ve observed.
A participating pest control provider will contact you to coordinate treatment.
Treatment and coordination costs are included for pests covered under your plan, which was selected at lease signing. Each completed service includes a 30-day warranty.
If a pest isn’t covered, you can still submit a request; however, additional treatment costs may apply.
3. Credit Building
On-time rent payments should help you build a positive credit history!
Through Piñata, eligible rent payments are reported to Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax, the three major credit bureaus.
This benefit is available to all adult residents age 18 and older who are listed on the lease. Rent payments typically begin appearing as a new tradeline on your credit report within 90 days of your first rent payment through the RBP. Learn more about Piñata here.
We do not report late payments. This is only meant to help your credit score.
4. Resident Rewards
You already pay rent. Why not earn rewards for it?
Enjoy access to Piñata’s Resident Rewards program, where you can earn points for eligible activities, including paying your rent on time.
You can redeem Piñata Points for discounts, virtual gift cards, and other offers available through the Piñata Marketplace.
You’ll receive an email invitation from Piñata with instructions for activating your account.

5. Identity Theft Protection
Your RBP also includes identity theft protection through Aura’s Identity Guard.
All adult residents listed on the lease are enrolled in this benefit, which includes identity monitoring and access to identity restoration assistance.
The program also provides up to $1 million in identity theft protection coverage, subject to the policy’s terms and conditions.
You’ll receive an enrollment email with instructions on how to access your account and the available features.

How Do I Activate My RBP Benefits?
Second Nature coordinates enrollment and activation using information provided through Pros PM’s property management system, so you don’t need to do anything. However, certain benefits have their own apps or online accounts.
Watch your email for:
Piñata: Your invitation to activate resident rewards and credit building.
Aura: Information about your identity protection benefits.
Second Nature: Updates and tracking information for air filter deliveries.
If you don’t see these emails, check your spam or junk folder.
Is the Resident Benefit Package Required?
Yes. The $45 base RBP is required for new and renewed Pros PM leases signed on or after November 1, 2026.
The optional air filter and pest control upgrades are not required.
The RBP is charged once per household each month, not separately for each resident.
What If I Already Have the Resident Value Package (RVP)?
Residents who signed their current lease between June 1 and November 1, 2026, will continue receiving their existing Resident Value Package (RVP) benefits. When you sign a lease renewal on or after November 1, 2026, your new agreement will include the RBP through Second Nature.
Because the two programs have different providers and benefits, be sure to follow the instructions for the package included in your lease.
