Pros PM is excited to offer Flex as an optional payment solution for all residents. Flex is designed to give residents more control over their monthly budget by allowing them to split their rent into two smaller payments. Rent is still paid in full and on time to Pros PM, while you repay Flex later in the month on a schedule that works better with your cash flow.
How Flex Works
Using Flex is simple.
Instead of paying your full rent amount all at once, residents make an initial payment when rent is due. Flex then pays your rent in full to Pros PM, and you repay the remaining balance later in the month. This can make budgeting around paydays much easier while helping you stay current on your rent obligations.
How to Use Flex
Flex is a payment option found in your resident portal, as shown in the image below. Simply select the Flex payment option, follow their instructions, and set up your payment plan.
