How Do I Pay My Rent?

When Is Rent Due?

Rent is due on the first of every month at all Pros PM properties.

To avoid late fees, your full rent payment must be posted by 11:59 p.m. on the third of the month. Any unpaid balance remaining on the fourth is considered late, and applicable late fees will be charged according to your lease.

If rent remains unpaid, Pros PM will begin the eviction process on the 11th day of the month. We strongly encourage residents who are having difficulty making a payment to communicate with our team before reaching this point.

Remember, residents may also have access to Flex, which allows eligible residents to split their monthly rent into smaller payments while helping keep rent on schedule. Learn about splitting your rent payments here.

Make Rent Payments Through FolioSpace™, the Resident Portal

At Pros PM, we want to make the rent payment process as simple and convenient as possible for our residents across Denton, DFW, and North Texas. Residents can securely pay rent online through FolioSpace™, the online portal, with multiple payment options available.

Create an account on FolioSpace™, then follow the steps to set your password and account. We will not have access to your password. You can also download the Mobile app to conveniently stay logged in to your Online Portal.

Once logged in, you can:

  • Make one-time payments

  • Set up recurring automatic payments

  • View payment history

  • Access account balances

  • Receive payment confirmations

We Accept Multiple Payment Options:

eCheck | Enter your bank account and routing numbers in your secure FolioSpace™ to pay rent or any other charge directly from your checking or savings account.

Credit or Debit Card | Use your debit or credit card to pay rent or any other charges through the secure FolioSpace™, or use Apple Pay in the iOS mobile app for fast, familiar checkout.

Electronic Cash Payments | If you choose this payment method, we will provide you with a reusable PaySlip that you can use at Walmart, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, CVS, Casey’s, Ace Cash Express, or the Kroger Family of Companies to pay your rent in cash (a transaction fee applies). Payment transaction limits are in effect and vary by location. Please refer to your PaySlip for details.
