One part of the RVP is Credit Gnomes, which helps residents build credit, protect their identity, access financial wellness tools, and take advantage of discounts and savings from thousands of local and national businesses.
BUILD CREDIT
One of the most exciting benefits is rent payment credit reporting. For many people, rent is their largest monthly expense, and we believe your on-time payments should be rewarded. With the RBP, your on-time payments will be reported to Equifax and TransUnion. We will not report any negative payment history- we want to be on your side in building your credit.
Some residents have increased their credit scores by 70 points! That can make a massive difference for car loans, mortgages, and more.
IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION
The RBP also includes identity theft protection with up to $1 million in coverage, credit monitoring, dark web monitoring, and access to credit score tracking tools. These services help residents stay informed and protected in an increasingly digital world. You will need to sign up for this service to be alerted when your personal information is exposed online.

In addition, residents gain access to Financial Wellness 360, a library of financial coaching, educational resources, courses, and tools designed to help individuals make informed financial decisions and work toward long-term goals. Whether you’re saving for a home, working on your credit, or simply looking to improve your financial habits, these free resources are available when you need them. In addition to the classes, one-on-one coaching is available.

Resident Rewards also includes InstaDeals, which provides discounts from thousands of local and national businesses. From everyday purchases to special occasions, these savings can help offset the cost of the program while adding value throughout the year. Popular coupons include 20% off Papa John’s, discounts for Universal Studios, and so many more local deals.
These coupons are often easiest to access through the app, ProtectPlus+. You will sign in with your Credit Gnomes information.
