How Does Parking & Towing Work at Our Multi-Family Properties?
We want parking to be simple for our residents in condos and apartments. To help ensure parking spaces remain available, all vehicles parked at our multi-family properties must be properly registered and comply with the property’s parking requirements.
We absolutely do not want your vehicle towed. Please make sure you are always following the parking instructions and have your vehicles properly registered.
Register Your Vehicle in Two Places
All residents are required to register their vehicles in both of the following locations:
1. Register with Pros PM
Your vehicle information is collected during the application and move-in process in your online portfolio. This helps us maintain accurate resident records.
2. Register with the Property’s Towing Company
Each Pros PM multi-family property partners with an independent towing company to help enforce parking rules.
Because our communities are located throughout Denton, DFW, and North Texas, the towing company varies by property. You’ll receive the appropriate registration instructions and contact information separately before moving in as part of your “Move In Check List” from our resident coordinator.
Important to note: The towing company is an independent business and is not affiliated with Pros PM. If your vehicle is towed, Pros PM is unable to authorize its release, waive fees, or intervene in the towing process.
Parking Guidelines
To help keep parking available for all residents, please remember:
Vehicles must be registered with the property’s towing company.
If you purchase a new vehicle or change vehicles during your lease, it is your responsibility to update your registration with both Pros PM and the towing company.
Vehicles that are not properly registered may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
All vehicles must maintain current state registration.
Vehicles must not be parked in violation of any local laws, city ordinances, or applicable homeowners’ association or community rules.

Parking policies exist to ensure residents have access to available parking and to discourage unauthorized vehicles from occupying resident spaces.
