When Do I Get Free Air Filters?
As part of your Pros PM Resident Value Package (RVP), you’ll receive a one-year supply of air filters delivered to your home within the first 30 days after move-in. It’s one of the many ways we’re working to make renting easier and help you care for your home. This delivery will continue to happen annually while you are a Pros PM resident.
Once those filters arrive, it’s up to you to replace them on the recommended schedule. It’s a simple task that takes a few minutes, but it can make a big difference in how efficiently your HVAC system works
When Should You Change Your Air Filter?
The right replacement schedule depends on several factors, including the type of filter, whether you have pets, and your home’s environment.
As a general guideline:
Every 30–60 days for 1-inch standard filters
Every 60–90 days for higher-quality 2–4-inch filters
Every 6–12 months for 5-inch media filters (if your home has one)
If you have multiple pets, allergies, or live in a particularly dusty area, you may need to change your filter more frequently.
