That’s why all maintenance requests are submitted through Property Meld, our online maintenance platform designed to make repairs faster, more organized, and more transparent for everyone involved.

How to Access Property Meld for a Maintenance Request

Option 1: Log into Property Meld

Use the maintenance link provided by Pros PM to access Property Meld from your computer or mobile device. You can find that button below, under Resident Maintenance Request Login on the website, or in your online portfolio.

Option 2: Call 940-251-0325

Call the Property Meld MAX number, and the AI assistant will walk you through the process step by step.

How to Submit Your Maintenance Request

Step 1: Describe the Issue

Tell us what’s happening. The more detail you can provide, the easier it is for our team to diagnose the problem and coordinate the right repair.

Helpful information includes:

  • When the issue started

  • What room or area is affected

  • Whether the issue is getting worse

  • Anything you’ve already tried

Step 2: Upload Photos or Videos

Pictures and videos are incredibly helpful. They allow our maintenance coordinators and vendors to better understand the issue before arriving at your home, which leads to faster repairs and fewer return visits.

Step 4: Stay Connected

Once your request has been submitted, you’ll receive updates directly through Property Meld as your repair progresses. Our team will coordinate scheduling, communicate with vendors, and keep you informed every step of the way.
