After we receive your maintenance, our team reviews the information and determines the best course of action.
Once a request has been submitted, our team begins its process.
Assign the issue to one of our in-house maintenance techs or a trusted vendor. Our goal is to have all requests assigned within 24 hours. Weekends or holidays may affect this, but this is not common. Emergency repairs are dealt with immediately.
Our techs and vendors will reach out to you within 24 hours of being assigned to the request and schedule a time to visit the property.
